Head Coverings

As our head coverings are all pre-tied and designed to be slipped on very easily, they all have a elasticated section at the back.  Therefore, in each collection one size fits all. What we have done however, is make the children's ones slightly smaller.  To give you an idea about HOW one size fits all (I know it bothered me when I was trying to find the right fit as I have a very large head...) below you will see a picture of my Mum and I, she has a very small head and mine is definitely a large ladies size!  It shows how they fit both of us, and we can reassure you they are comfy, but the back drape just falls slightly differently.  You can then tie the ties tighter should you need to have a more snug fit - Mum's head scarf measurement is 55cm and I am 59cm.

If you would like to measure your head, please measure as shown below. Adult length = 28cm and Child length = 24cm

Please measure your upper arm as shown below, put your hand on your hip and do not pull the measure too tight.  

Then you can choose which size will suit you best - if your arm is on the cusp of a size, please choose the smaller size as we have made sure that the fabrics we have chosen have enough give in them to accommodate this and still be very comfortable. For example, if you measure as 18cm then choose a Child Small, not a Child Medium.

Stoma Bag Coverings

These have been designed to fit a Coloplast 14196 Stoma bag.  The measurements for this are - 18.5cm long by 13.5cm wide and the aperture for attaching it is a 5cm diameter circle. We have made our coverings 1cm wider to ensure it is easy to insert the Stoma bag.  We know there are many different sizes and shapes of bags and are looking to develop our collection to encompass the most commonly used bags.  Please do get in touch if you would like us to design a bespoke Stoma bag covering just for you or you think there is another design which we should be creating coverings for.

For Europe and the Rest of the World the delivery cost will be calculated and you can review that before completing your purchase.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a paid for return service for these regions.  We are happy to refund and exchange items but will need to ask you to cover the cost of return and re-delivery. 

If you change your mind about a style or fit, we can offer a full refunds as long as the product is returned in the same condition in which you received it, it has not been worn and is not damaged in anyway.

Head Coverings

As our head coverings are all pre-tied and designed to be slipped on very easily, they all have a elasticated section at the back.  Therefore, in each collection one size fits all. What we have done however, is make the children's ones slightly smaller.  To give you an idea about HOW one size fits all (I know it bothered me when I was trying to find the right fit as I have a very large head...) below you will see a picture of my Mum and I, she has a very small head and mine is definitely a large ladies size!  It shows how they fit both of us, and we can reassure you they are comfy, but the back drape just falls slightly differently.  You can then tie the ties tighter should you need to have a more snug fit - Mum's head scarf measurement is 55cm and I am 59cm.

If you would like to measure your head, please measure as shown below. This is different to when you measure for a hat as you are placing the tape on the hair line which is where you would position the scarf.  Please do email to check with us if you would like to - just let me know which head covering you are considering and I can let you know how the fabric will work for your head size.  One thing to remember, if you have not lost all your hair yet, it can make a difference - it is remarkable how much your hair can make your head size bigger, it can be by up to 1cm.

PICC Line Coverings

These have been designed in three sizes for adults and three sizes for children.  It is so important for them to be snug yet not too tight as they can press on the PICC line.  These are not medical grade bandages but can be safely worn over your PICC line and medical plaster dressing instead of a standard NHS tube bandage.  We have also designed our PICC line coverings longer than some (they are all 28cms). I found that I needed it to go over my elbow as my PICC Line was sited low on my upper arm.
